I caught up with finding out what product it was for, and YouTube, incredibly, had several posts of it. I love the piano!1 Here's one, with the comments:

"Artsy"? More like a rip-off of the amazing video for "Her Morning Elegance" by Oren Lavie that was a huge YouTube hit earlier this year (search for it, I can't post a link in the comments). Ad agencies are soooo creative.

stop motion. used in many different kinds of animation. and i believe a "rip-off" would require more than just using a similar animation technique. don't you just love ignorance.

stop motion isn't something only one person can do moron.
It's totally a rip-off of that video. Don't listen to these cocksmokers
and the artsy part has to do with the variety of things in books,

(even though you didn't ask my opinion) , amazon is a company but it's more of a website company , so they wouldn't really do real commercials. and i think the artsy part has a nice twist to it.and it does match it though, you gotta say.

I heard she entered this commercial for an Amazon Kindle contest and she won!

1. Apparently, the "rip off" cited in the comments refers to the visual technique

Annie Little: One day in July, I made a spec commercial with my friends Angela Kohler and Ithyle Griffiths for an Amazon Create Your Own Ad Contest. Ithyle, my boyfriend Marcus Ashley and I wrote and recorded a song for it. We won! Now it's a national TV commercial for the Amazon Kindle. Wow! How cool is that!?!

Annie Little has starred in over 40 national commercials and hit TV shows including Mad Men, Scrubs, and Sabrina the Teenage Witch, as well as the comedic web series Lost Angeles. As a Ford model, Little has appeared in campaigns for Estee Lauder, Nicole Miller, Murad and Levi’s. She is also the face of Shade clothing.

At Shade, Little was introduced to photographer Angela Kohler. As a result, Kohler and production partner Ithyle Griffiths, both fans of Kindle and recent Kindle owners, invited Annie to collaborate with them for an Amazon Kindle video contest, which they proceeded to shoot in a single seven hour day in July 2009. In addition to starring in the commercial Little, the past recipient of a full scholarship for Vocal Performance at the University of Utah, co-wrote and recorded the song, “Fly Me Away”, with Griffiths to accompany the finished Amazon entry.

Ultimately, the trio’s contest entry won both the Audience and the Amazon Jury prize and Little, with the help of musician Marcus Ashley and trombonist Alanna Vicente, finished recording a full length version of the Kindle commercial song. Little has also made available two additional tracks to accompany “Fly Me Away”—“Still Missing You” and “Telegrams to Mars”.
