Where are all the Gonzaga fans hiding???

My God, it wasn't even close. The biggest upset by far.

So tell me, is Gonzaga a "Christian" school? Always got that impression, although I'm not sure from where. It is near Spokane, so we can take heart in the fact that a lot of Repukes are unhappy right now.

Nevada? Repuke? Maybe, but probably basically godless hedonists.

1. It's a Jesuit school

Its most famous alumnus is Bing Crosby, and they run a Jesuit high school called Gonzaga Prep. Nice place. Expensive, but very high quality.

2. That one surprised me

I thought the senior leadership of Stepp, Turiaf, and Violette would get them far in the tourney.

Well, it's hard to tell how good the mid- major's are. In their two big games this season, against St. Joe's and Stanford, they lost.

3. Am I the only one that picked Nevada to go to the Sweet 16?

Has anyone seen the game where Nevada upset Kansas earlier this year? there are 3 players on that team that are difference makes, they are Kirk Snyder, Faijitas or whatever the hell is last name is(can't quite remember exactly what it is right now, and Todd Okeson. I swear everytime I see him put up a wild shot it goes in, he is very accurate behind the arc. I want them to go far in this tourney because I am rooting for them but I don't see them getting past Georgia Tech but they sure as hell do have the ability to.
