Many people have fond memories of their school days the way Holocaust survivors have fond memories
of their experiences in the camps.

Seriously, I guess there are some people somewhere who have fond memories of their school days. But everyone I've ever been close friends with didn't. And neither do I. Nor, it seems, do many DU'ers.

1. Dude. Be careful.
Thats a pretty offensive comparison. I didn't like school much but to compare it to something as hideous as the Concentration Camps diminishes what happened there. And maybe I'm sensitive because I had a whole bunch of family memebers die in a camp, but I suggest you realize thats insensitive at best.
