Although I believe 'hobbledehoy' originated as an 18th century term for a gangly or gawky youth, I think it also works pretty well in conjunction with the term 'riff-raff'

ie: I'm not giving a lift in my new car to any old riff-raff or hobbledehoy!

Just an immensely satisfying word to say.
