1. Are they truly Xmas cookies?
Or are they just "Xmas is short for Christmas" cookies?

Because Xmas cookies would be truly interesting.

6. As soon as the cookies were cool they were wrapped up very well
and tucked in the freezer. They keep for a long time that way.

It's easy to take out just a few at a time for parties or desserts.

8. I do a three layer approach to wrapping.
Take about one dozen cookies, wrap them in plastic wrap and put them inside a regular plastic bag. When that bag is filled put that bag inside a freezer bag. It's really easy to remove a dozen cookies at a time. They thaw quickly but a few seconds in the microwave and they taste like they are warm from the oven.

But you know the best part of baking cookies now? You get to eat them now!! :9

9. Wrapping and freezing nothing. I suspect this is the first of many
many batches of xmas cookies. I'll come over later and get a couple a boxes for me. Thanks.

10. Sweet!
What kinds did you make?

I made cookies the other day just because. I tried out a new peanut butter oatmeal recipe, they were delicious.

11. These:
Chocolate chip
Cut outs (I'll decorate them with icing later)
Peanut Butter
Chocolate Drops
Date and Nut Drops
Oatmeal Raisin

I might end up making more depending on what I need to give away. You can never have too many Xmas cookies.
