One of my favorite Pretenders songs AND Endless Love? I love Glee. I really do.
They know how to pick the songs that are the most fun to belt out. Whether it be a song I actually love ("I'll Stand By You") or a song I love in that super tacky kinda way ("Endless Love"), they just nail it every week. There are plenty of shows that are better-written, or have better actors, or that are funnier, or whatever. But Glee just gives me pure joy, I can't explain it any other way.

:loveya:

1. No one else watches Glee? I guess I'm the only dork.
Oh well.

2. I watched it tonight. I love Glee!!!!
Such an awesome show, I loved the "Don't stand so close to me" part.

So funny and clever. I love the characters and even that bitch Quinn, the dumb blond cheerleader and the rest!

The dialog, the endless crushes and insanity. Sooooo good!

9. I think it's funny because it's pretty clear that the actors are having a blast even
when their characters are supposed to hate each other.

It must be so fun to make that show.

3. Yeah! I can't believe *spoilers*
the cat's out of the bag on Quinn's pregnancy and sort of out of the bag on who the real father is.

5. You can watch the full episodes online. (It'll catch you up on the storyline and
you've missed an awful lot. Don't get hung up on the pilot if it seems iffy to you. I think the regular shows are much better.) http://www.fox.com/watch/glee

10. More *spoilers*...
I can't believe Mercedes told Puck to step off. Uh, this big fat lie is ruining Finn's life and he deserves to know it's not his baby. Quinn didn't "choose" him, she chose not to tell the truth and look like a slut.

11. We were saying the exact thing tonight.
That was crap advice from Mercedes. Finn has every right to know the truth!

13. And we all know it will come out eventually.
But man, that was bad advice. I guess *ALL* the shit can't hit the fan in the same episode.

18. Yeah, and
she (Quinn) is so abusive to him! I really hate that. (And I totally agree about Mercedes. How can she let that slide?)

6. It sure ain't "Fame"! I'm getting addicted to the curveballs they...
hit you with each week. Like just when they set you up for the usual last segment resolution you find out the father really is a stick-in-the-ass prick after all.

And, yeah, the way they work the songs in, it just works.

(Didn't see the whole thing tonight, but I'm hoping there isn't really the soft side of Sue Sylvester hinted at last week.)

8. Of course she is. She won't go quietly.
But the cheesy music will triumph in the end! :)

14. And isn't it so deliciously fitting that her
fucking asshole father is a big Glenn Beck fan? The writers made a point of underlining that. LOL!

16. I didn't even think of that! Even funnier! And they pretty much implied that her mother
and father are Promise-Keepers or something very much like that but of course they drink like fishes.

Meanwhile Finn's single mom from the wrong side of town is the one who really cares and will support both of them through the pregnancy.

17. I *heart* this show
I went to my nieces basketball game last night and had my daughter and her sisters in my car...and yes we were singing along to the Glee soundtrack.

I loved the vocal thought bubbles during "Endless Love"

I just love this show
