Sigh...I brought in another stray cat in from the cold
Some azzhat's abandoned her (I think she's female) and my formaly feral stray male cat is hissing at her from across the room. She's an orange tabby, very young and very affectionate. She and Tyler are currently growling at each other but not actively attacking. I'll just leave them to their own devices.
2. This appears to be a young cat...9 months or so and domesticated.
I put food out for it and it gobbled it up. I felt guilty and went outside and called for it. It came right up to me and I carried it inside. Cat's are at opposite rooms hissing right now.
I can never believe it when someone leaves one behind, or else decides one day that they no longer want it...but that happens in my own neck of the woods every day. Thanks for taking action for her safety and comfort; there are many people who would just look the other way.
I'm sure she and Tyler will work things out given a little time. May good karma repay you for your kindness ten-fold!
