My brand new full wave waterbed mattress has already sprung a leak- after only 3 weeks of use.

Although I have patches and have already applied one, I'm supposed to wait twelve hours before using it. And of course, you're supposed to drain the bed before applying a patch (basically an inner tube patch with glue), but I said fuck it no way ferget it. I applied the patch and when I saw there didn't appear to be any water escaping from underneath it I applied a few strips of duck tape just as an added precaution. (It actually seems to be working.

Looks like it's the easy chair for me again tonight, just to make sure.
