SYTYCD season 6 - kind of lame

So You Think You Can Dance is one of my favorite shows (besides Lost) and season five had some amazing performances, dancers, and music.

So far this year it seems they picked too many dancers for their "Teen Idol" dimples.

There are a few standouts, but still no Jennine, Brandon, or Kayla from last season.

I do have a favorite, though: Russell the crumper.

1. Russell is my fave too. There have been no routines yet that have made me cry like

"The Addiction," "Woman's Work," or "If it Kills Me," and none that gave me a thrill like the "Jai Ho" Bollywood number or "Koop Island Blues" (the butt dance.)

I am starting to enjoy a few of the couples, though, like Ashley and Jakob for their consistently well-done performances.

3. yea...like them. i like legacy and jakob too. don't like the new stage setup either

not as personal.

4. Yeah, the stage has been an issue in that way for me too. I love the new stage for

the final show because they have moved on up as it were, but for the initial dances I liked the stage in the crowd. And the stairs and railings added so much to the pieces because they could be incorporated into them.

2. I like several

Jacob, Russell, and Legacy are all doing it for me this year, they've each had really good moments. I'm bummed Billy got sick, he blew me away in the auditions and during Vegas week.

5. The results were more or less as I expected it might go tonight. Solos may be getting better.
