It can be pretty entertaining. Although some of those guys have a severe Napoleon complex. One guy in particular, whose name escapes me, is a real ass (although he does care about animals and birds, ya know!).

If you've worked in retail you know you can make a reality show about douchebag customers thinking they are right about everything and raising a big shit about it.

4. Not all americans are like that. They even had a 70 year old man

on, and he was very pleasant, they even told him so, and he paid his fine, and got his papers, and got his car back.
Most people are like that, they know they parked where they weren't supposed to, or came back too late, etc. Or didn't pay the ticket, or whatever. So they know they have it coming. But they show all the jerks, who just complain.
All that complaining doesn't do you any good. Just pay your fine and calm down.
