V - episode 3 - anybody watch? (spoiler alert)

Good episode tonight - most of the good side getting together at the end, and the interesting turnaround with the V doctor & Alan Tudyk... a couple of interesting twists at the end "Thank you mother" and the graffiti in the room that Ryan left. I couldn't help but think of Glen Beck when I saw Anna doing the fake crying before meeting with the grieving widow.

1. I watched it

it was pretty good. kinda shocked at the end with the "thank you mother" too. cant wait till next week. I am surpised no one else has commented on it. going to stink going to have to wait till march to see the rest of the episodes.

5. Yes, the wait will suck

I'll probably forget most of it by that time...

I am also disappointed that they made this "intro" as 4 episodes when it was supposed to be 6. You can tell it feels rushed from how it runs.

2. My predictions about the different characters ultimate loyalties haven't been disproved yet.

The introduction of the concept of the lizards "connecting" to some kind of bliss inducing machine that Anna controls is weak.

This makes them all simply poor, pathetic junkies with no real motivation for the human-munching agenda.

If we're to have evil reptilian aliens bent on the destruction of the human race, at least let them be evil for fuck's sake. This ploy by the writers to make the V compelled to follow Anna reeks of laziness.

Now, when they start flipping to the resistance side, they've got a good excuse - "I wasn't really bad. I was forced to be that way."

4. I had pictured "the bliss"

more along the lines of The Matrix - as they have to be reconnected to it. And, I think there will be a lot more to come in regards to it.

3. Last night was my last attempt at trying to get into that show

I think they need to rename it ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.
