I ate cat food one night - I can see why a cat might like it
But I didn't.

It was an inadvertent experiment, I didn't notice the cat-portrait on the label, all I saw was "pilchards" and thought "mmmm, fish". I was in immediate need of food and in no mood for cooking, so I plopped it on a plate with some salad and then ...

Oh yecch, oh horrible! Oh foul blandness! Oh spit and spit!

To sum up: it tasted like catbreath.

This being my first copycat Lounge thread I am somewhat overcome with the solemnity of the occasion.

3. True story
Edited on Tue Nov-17-09 09:00 AM by JonLP24
When I was kid visiting my dad in Colorado he left me at a babysitter while he was at work and I questioned why she ate cat food and she said, "Cats can eat human food, why can't we eat cat food?"

I don't even remember a name, face, or the general location of the house but I do remember that conversation.
