I am going to make beer can turkey for Thanksgiving, never cooked a turkey that way before.

I am going to make beer can turkey for Thanksgiving, never cooked a turkey that way before.
The turkey is small, only 10 lbs, should work.

I will still deep fry a turkey.

For a turkey, you could use a Fosters.
