1. Hazelnut
Mainly because its a tie for the top, and thats the only one not specifically mentioned. Peanuts and Almonds are also quite tasty.

Brazils, Macadamias and cashews can bite my shiny metal ass. The others are acceptable.

Never cared for the nutella much. just the plain hazelnut on its own will do just fine for me.

3. I am absolutely crazy about nuts
Pecans got my vote for sentimental reasons, because my grandpa used to grow them. But really I love pecans, almonds, walnuts (black and white), pistachios, cashews, macadamias and pine nuts equally.

6. I had a difficult time choosing...
It's really a toss-up between pistachios, walnuts, Brazil nuts, and pecans (especially candied pecans!).

I guess pistachios are my favorite overall, though.

7. Walnuts go very well with Port.
That aside, all the nuts listed are quite tasty.

8. hazelnuts
...but I am eating a handful of walnuts right now. They are classified as a superfood, high in antioxidents and omega 3.

Last night I made a salad with baby spinach, bleu cheese crumbles, sliced ripe pear, and toasted hazelnuts with a light vinaigrette.

YUM!
