Mad Men withdrawal tonight :-(
I'm going to try this show. Looks interesting, maybe a bit campy

The Prisoner

8/7c AMC New
Surreal, intriguing and at times captivating, this trippy re-jiggering of the 1960s cult hit is awash in a school of red herring (or are they?) As Six, Jim Caviezel is both a complex and perplexed amnesiac (or is he?) who alights in a mysterious dreamscape known as the Village, where everyone knows your name, but all names are numbers.

1. I only started watching Mad Men this season
and I don't think it was the full season either, so I have something awesome to look forward to.

Were the first 2 seasons as good as this one, or did it gradually find it's legs, or?

The DVDs of the other seasons are available at my library, but the waiting list is like a bazillion people, lol.

2. Mad Men hit the ground running. It was awesome from the 1st ep.
Go rent the first two seasons. You will be astounded.

Sadly, they only do a bakers' dozen episodes per year.

3. I'm trying to think of the first episode I watched
I think I saw some of them out of order, so I'm not sure if I saw this whole season. When what's-his-name first meets Conrad Hilton, I think that or the episode just prior was when I started watching. Was that the beginning of this season?

One weekend I'll get the first two seasons and just have a fantastic marathon!

4. You can get the two past season on DVD at Netflix.
I watched all of them before Mad Men started this season. It's a great show.
