I just got a call from Cox. They're giving me a six month free upgrade to digital cable and lowering my bill $10 a month. For nothing! Oh yeah. I know they're trying to lure me back to a higher priced package (I lowered mine to expanded cable from digital and lowered my internet speed over the summer to save some money). I miss some of the digital channels like Science and TCM but have survived without the rest. I haven't noticed much a difference in the Internet speed.

But WTF? Cox giving me something for free?

That was my reaction when I woke up at 5 thinking I was late and WTF why didn't my alarm go off (at 4:30)???? It only goes off M-F and for once the dogs didn't wake me at 4:15. As I let them out thinking OMG I've got to get my ass in gear and get out of here I realized OMG! It's Caturday! I let them back in and I crawled back into bed sandwiched between two wieners with a cat on my pillow.

That lasted about 15 minutes until one of them decided enough already, I want breakfast.
