2. There's a 2CD/1 DVD and 3CD/1DVD version...
...the 2 CD version is available from Amazon. The 3 CD version is on the AC/DC Website. Each has one CD of studio outtakes, one of live tracks...the third disc of the "exclusive" version is more live tracks.

4. Good stuff!
I remember the first time I became aware of AC/DC.

Midnight fucking Special! (which I always thought was weak, until the hard rock night in question)

Fuckin' Nuge got his ass kicked by Angus!

5. Back in the day, "Midnight Special" and ABC's "In Concert" were the ONLY game in town.
I especially remember "In Concert," with one episode being a shared bill between the "Brothers & Sisters"-era Allman Brothers and The Marshall Tucker Band.

The other "In Concert" episode that SLAYED me was The Mahavishnu Orchestra...the REAL one, the ORIGINAL one, McLaughlin / Cobham / Goodman / Hammer /Laird, not the later bands that McLaughlin simply chose to label with that name.

In the pre-MTV days, those shows...in addition to Bob Wilkins' Saturday night and/or afternoon "Creature Features" excursions...were my primary form of entertainment, other than records.
