Visiting my boyfriend's kids for the first time

And I and not really having a good time.

He and his daughter just left for her doctor's appointment, an ultrasound. He invited me to go too but that just seemed weird to me. I get that he is excited about his grandchild (the second one actually, not that this matters) but I have no business being there, not to mention that I have no desire to anyway. Not that this matters all that much, but I really do not care one way or another about babies.

Anyway this week has not been very much fun. We are staying at his daughter's apartment and we for some reason did not rent a car. We were going to today but were forced to stay here because his daughter forgot to leave us her key and doesn't have a spare. She did not want us to leave it unlocked so we were stuck here all day while she was at work.

I've been pretty much at their mercy all week. We even ate at Olive Garden. Yuck. Well the food at least was okay and there isn't much to choose from here in this piece of shit town. So I am bored but fortunately alone for the first time in days.

I just want to go home.

The best you can do is be nice and cordial and if there's a problem, get over it or she's never going to warm up to you.
