2. That used to happen occasionally to me, until I switched to Firefox.

3. They actually were phasing it out, but then thought you might freak out.

I told them to reset it back the old way, and they agreed.

They said, "We can't have a freaked-out Tommy_Carcetti around here. He'll torch this place".

So, everything's cool now.
