I'm sick of being ripped off by Frontier Communications for DSL Internet every month, and Qwest DSL in my area costs half the price. Also, since we live in the country it's the only other option that isn't dial-up or satellite. As sad as I am to admit it, I would rather go back to Comcast than stay with Frontier, but there are no cable companies that service our area. I would take a bit of a speed hit by switching (Frontier is 3 MB, Qwest is 1.5 MB); would this still be sufficient to watch streaming videos from Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, etc?
Does anyone have experience with them, either good or bad, regarding their customer service and Internet service? Or, know of an unbiased online review of them? Thanks!
