1. The place in Manhattan is 25mil
and the mansion in the Hamptons is only 7.5mil? I'll take 3 of the mansions.

My little Staten Island apartment is so insignificant next to that.

That townhouse is far too big though. What the hell would I need with that kind of space. I'd need to move in there with half a dozen of my friends to need that much space.

I would LOVE to live in that location though, and to have a bunch of the amenities.

5. I looked at several apartments with way less than 1K sq. ft and they were still...
...in the hundreds of thousands of dollars range. :o
