Is the Denver Bronco's coach about 15?

I was watching the game last night and I had to ask my spouse, is that kid the coach? He said initially, "nah that must be some special teams guy" but then later said, "hell that is the coach" in amazement.

I must be officially really old because he looked too young to have even played football long, let alone coach.

I looked it up and he is about 33 or so but boy he looks younger.
