I'm going with shrimp, artichoke hearts and pimento brushed with a balsamic vinaigrette.

With a small brushing of EVOO. Yummeh.

3. My two favorites are --
a lovely olive tapanade (olives, EVOO, balsamic vinegar, garlc, herbs of choice) or the classic roma tomatoes (romas, garlic, EVOO, basil, parma/reggio).

Hmmm, now I'm geting hungry! :D
