Brion James died in 1999? Why wasn't I told?
I can honestly say that I've never really liked him in any role except maybe Leon in Blade Runner, but I was still surprised to hear that he'd shuffled off his 6'3" coil ten years ago!

He's like the anti-Soupy Sales, who--in contrast--I thought was already dead and in the ground for a full decade.

1. Pretty good as a Cajun trapper in Southern Comfort.
Though he doesn't have many lines.

2. He was a hoot
as the rat-faced hit man in the movie "Crimewave". A very under-rated comedy in my opinion. Yes, the movie is silly maybe even stupid but at the same time it's very clever.

Written by the Coen Brothers and directed by Sam Raimi
