I got some great frames today at The Christmas Tree Shop. A very significant large one for the red piece, that will have a wall to itself, as it is quite large. I also got a frame to match the rest of my art headboard, which the blue one will join. I'll post a pic of it when its all done.

3. Gil Elvgren RULES.
I have used several of his paintings in the Photoshopped booklet are I prepare for my mix CDs.

The best book I have seen to date is published by Taschen (the undisputed kings of classic glamour / pinup books):



9-1/2" x 12.5" hardcover book, 380 pages, just beautiful...Elvgren cover and more inside, including some unbelievable artists of the genre I'd never heard of.

There was a second printing of the book with a different cover, but it's now available "new & used" from Amazon's resellers:

I give the book my highest possible recommendation for anyone with even a PASSING interest in this kind of art.
