For some time now I have been passive about my health, treating symptoms and just accepting that I am sick. Obviously I can not "cure" the majority of my health problems, but that doesn't mean I can't actively take efforts and look for new ways to feel better.
Ok so this is basic common sense stuff, but I am going to start studying and applying natural medicine.
I have purchased a fabulous book on womens health A great book on women's nutrition And another book on women's intimate health.
I want to cover all my bases
I will begin eating healthier and working out more. Cut back on refined sugar, flour, etc. Avoid processed food when I can.
I also have been working with crystals, my chakras, and have a book on fruit juices and combos to cleanse blocks and restore balance and energy. I have been working with Reiki, I am a certified practitioner.
And when money allows, would love to work in some acupuncture.
Of course, I'll still take my meds, and see my regular doctors. I am not replacing my care, just supplementing it.
