Is it too much to ask for waldorf salad?
We had dinner with our son last night, and for the first time in 10 years we actually went to Sizzler ..yeah, I know:eyes:..but he wanted to go there.

I remembered Sizzler having a FANTASTIC salad bar... a big ole U-shaped cornucopia of fruits, salad goodies, soups, pasta bar, taco bar, dessert goodies, and of course a very good (almost as good as my own) waldorf salad..

Imagine my chagrin, as I beheld what's become of the Sizzler Salad bar.. just another mediocre salad bar with a frozen yogurt machine for the dessert category, 3 so-so soup selections, and the usual boring salad choices..

The steak & shrimp combo was actually quite good though, for the price.

3. "You people expect me to wait on you hand and foot!"
"Well I'm trying to run a hotel here!"

I love that episode. Basil finally meets his match.

6. That's my next vacation, actually!
I don't partake, however, so I think I won't be making a side trip to Weed, CA. I'll leave that one to some of the other folks on this board.
