Anyone still watching Flash Forward?
We do, and one of the story lines of this evening was really wrenching.

No spoiler, not yet but I could imagine that if others will add, spoilers would be discussed.

1. Yep, I watched it. Odd eh?
Just when you think you know how it's going...

2. I was fascinated!
The story line just wrenches around.

I don't know what you're talking about though.

3. An FBI agent who is not going to have his flash forward materializes
And there is still the mystery of whether Demitri's fiance actually sees him in her flash forward because we, the viewers, don't.

4. That question's been simmering on the back burner for a while.
Now that it's been answered...hee hee let the fun begin.

5. Spoilers
Can the future be changed by the death of somebody who did have a flash forward? Given Tracy's surprise appearance at the end of the episode it seems the future is not written in stone. It's going to be interesting to see where it goes from here.

6. I agree that the future is not written in stone
I still wonder of whether Demitri's fiance actually saw him in her flash forward because we did not.

And I am not sure whether it was really Tracy or whether it was his imagination. Because in his flash forward she is still wounded and, apparently, in some sort of a military place, either a US or someplace in the Middle East.

I think that I will try to watch the beginning again, online, to see how "Celia" and her kids fit into the story. At the time, I thought it was part of the blue hands story.

7. Good points here.
Yes there are still unanswered questions, more and more each week but it's an interesting twist now that someone was able to change *their* future. We still don't know if it changed it for Celia though...the "accident" they refer to may still happen somehow.

Yeah, they're really keeping us guessing on the Demitri thing. I'm wondering if maybe she DID see him in her FF (which is why they aren't showing us the whole thing) which will prove that some people really have a choice for which way they go. Will he keep working for the FBI and end up dead or will he get a job at Taco Bell and end up in his wife's FF? We'll just have to wait and see.

I'm really not sure where they're going with the alcoholic guy's story though and his daughter. This one leaves me guessing, cause they tested the body in her grave, and even that guy was there when she died, so how could she possibly still be alive somewhere? If it was 10pm, when the Flash Forward occurred, maybe he's passed out drunk so he saw his dream in his FF? It's got to be something like that.

8. **spoilers**
We are still hanging in there with this series. Not a big tv watcher, but this story sounding so interesting.
Anyway...so the one guy (I am bad with names, the young black FBI guy), "changed" his future. I was hoping that would be possible(although I was sad to see he thought this was the only way to change it). But what about the woman he was with in his FF? They were at the table and a bird hit the window. If he is not there "now", how could she have seen him in her FF? Maybe I am just getting characters mixed up?
The whole blue hand thing is interesting. Seems like the people who don't think they will have a future are ready to lose it all whenever. But Demetri doesn't seem to have this attitude. They kind of remind me of the people in "The Stand" who followed the dark side after the huge calamity.

I want to stick with this show to see how it pans out ...at least until April (haha). But some parts of it are unrealistic in that I would think an occurance of this magnitude would have more of an impact. Too many of the scenes it seems like people are just going along as they always did. But then again, there were a lot of people who just took the whole bush/cheney years like it was nothing. So I guess that is just the way people are.

11. I, too, am wondering what will happen with the British agent
with whom he was sitting.

At least, we saw her taping the glass window.

I did not read the original book so don't know what the message was, if at all, but here we can see that just because you think that you know your future, it does not mean that you should accept it. About Demitri, about the guy who jumped, and about the "blue hand" people.

12. I loved the whole blue hand phenomena... (spoiler)
It really exposed another part of society that adds a lot of dimension to the show. I hope they explore it even more rather than just a bunch of depressed people with no will to live.

13. I suspect that there is someone exploiting the hopelessnes
that many feel.

There is still the question of how "Simkoe" (the father of Dylan) and "Simon" are involved in the whole blackout.

14. Is it just me or did they kind of totally break the show last episode
The whole free will vs destiny thing is off the table.

It's free will, baby.

No one has any reason to sweat things now. You CAN change your future.

15. I think that this is the point
that there is free will. Will Demitri stay alive to get married on April 29? Will Olivia stay away from Dylan's dad? Will that bird in the U.K. not get killed flying into the window?

16. They think what happened was manmade so the investigation continues...
That part won't break it. I think they might have to show that what happened will still happen regardless. Maybe this will be a temporary belief.
