1. In a post-9/11 world, that just wouldn't be wise. Also, who would burn cars in the streets
and throw bottles at cops if all the fans were cavorting on the playing field? :shrug: (Actually, my guess is it's 85% liability concerns and 15% because grass is expensive...)
