Hello Kitty, previously mentioned herein, is featured today in a double half page article by the Los Angeles Times.
Hello Kitty is supposedly cool because (he, she, it) charges $5.00 to $3,995.00 for various of the purses.
Sounds like a cool profit to me, assuming they sell any of them.

forum has a guy who uses Hello Kitty as an alter ego, named Adventure Kitty. Some brilliant humor.
Other than that I never really knew who or what Hello Kitty was. But there was another recent post here about the b'day.
