3. He's SIXTEEN! I can't believe it. I found him and his brother (he died 6 years ago) when
they were just two weeks old. I love him so much it makes makes my chest hurt. Thanks for looking CP!

5. Frankie.

Thanks Flaxbee! He had the most amazing blue eyes when he was a baby, so I named him after Frank Sinatra. I didn't know at the time that they would change. Although now I can't imagine calling him anything else. I'm sorry about TommyCat, it's very sad indeed. I know that pain. My heart broke when Frankie's brother Beans died. Frankie was heartbroken as well. It took him YEARS to stop crying all night, looking for his brother.

10. Thanks Flaxbee.
Yes, it broke my heart to hear him cry. He's much better now, but I think he still wants a friend. Whenever he encounters other people's pets (dogs or cats, it doesn't even matter), he starts cleaning them immediately. When we move to a house with a yard, we'll get a dog. My husband is actually allergic to cats but Frankie predates my marriage (and my husband loves him). But if the place was big enough, we might be able to get another cat without it bothering his allergies too much.

8. Thanks! I do.
I hug him and kiss him about 20 times a day. :) One thing that's so nice about working at home is that he's curled up next to me (or on me, or sitting on my feet) while I work.

9. Thanks. He really is. I think partially because he was socialized from such a young
age and partially just because that's his personality, he is the friendliest cat I've ever met. He greets everyone at the door and is meowing and purring at their feet within seconds. He loves affection and gives it constantly. People who meet him for the first time can't believe it. And then once they've met him he's the first one they greet when they come over. It almost doesn't matter if I'm there or not! ;)

16. Thank you hippywife!
I took it with my phone, and even forgot to take the plastic covering I keep on it to protect the lens. I think it gave it a nice, if unintentional, effect. LOL!

19. LOL! Oddly enough, the reason I noticed the shot was because my husband was
reprimanding him for getting too close the basil we're trying to save. Frankie loves basil. He didn't nibble though, just wanted to sit close to it and share the sunbeam.

And yes, he is spoiled like the dickens, and loved beyond measure.

Our sweet Harry is 15; we lost his brother Richard almost three years ago.

I know exactly how you feel about loving him.

20. Thanks Bertha! Aww, I'm sorry about Richard. Did Harry have a hard time?
Seems like our cats could be friends, all though "regular guy" names. :)

26. Y'know, Harry didn't seem to notice.
That could be because we have eleven cats.

Harry's become a cantankerous old soul. He eats like a pig, yet is skin and bones. We had him checked out a couple of weeks ago, but there seems to be nothing wrong with him. He's just old.

I like regular guy names. We also have Mildred, Toby, and Petey.

21. Thanks BeulahWitch! He acts like a kitten sometimes too! Although I see him
not be able to jump as high as he used to, or the extra gray around his nose and eyes and I get really sad. I hope he's one of those cats that lives to 25! :)
