Legally Grown Pot Puts Summit Sheriff In Precarious Situation

BRECKENRIDGE, Colo. -- The recent seizure of nearly 200 marijuana plants in Summit County cost the county more than 60 man-hours of investigation and $3,000 in investigative costs.

The problem is, the Summit Daily reported Monday, the plants were legal under the state's medical marijuana law.

Quit hassling people growing/using weed and you won't waste so much money and man hours. I am glad,I am glad that it's a waste of money to bust people growing weed. My caregiver keeps accurate records and if he is ever raided, the cops will have to leave with their tails between their legs and no bust.

Pot just needs to be legal in this country.California is goint to vote on legalizing and taxing marijuana. It will save the state, I guarantee it.
