My cable box died tonight

Normally I wouldn't even notice (although I do like watching Craig Ferguson after I finally burn out on my computer) but knowing that it's not an option tonight is REALLY bugging me!

What am I missing?

No, it won't power up at all. I would open it up if it didn't have all those strange security screws and crap all over it. And then they'd try to make me pay for it even though it's already dead.

But, it's a dual DVR and I've got tons of shows on it that I haven't watched yet!

3. Just call during business hours, ? Manana? I had that once, and

they just had me do a reset. I had to reset or pull the power cord? on the main box which reset the box, and the internet, and the tv.
