DUers in Houston: I need some advice.
My SIL and BIL live in the Houston area and have six kids. She is ill at the moment and I would like to find not only one of those restaurant delivery services most big cities have, but a restaurant that participates that has pretty decent, healthy food preferably one that serves locally raised, natural or organic food, doesn't use feed lot cattle or chicken raised in those large commercial chicken operations.

I know it seems a lot to ask but any ideas for such a thing?

Thanx for any assistance on this. :hi:

2. I had considered that but
the forum seems pretty wrapped up in politics and I felt I would be intruding in their discussions.

5. there's always room for posts like this
and there are many DUers in Houston who only read the Texas forum, since other areas of DU are not Texas-friendly.

3. I'm in Houston, but have never needed a service like this. There's a place called Takeout Taxi
713-961-7600 Takeout Taxi. But that's just from Googling "Houston Restaurant Delivery Service". They may be crap and they may have better competitors. I just don't know. Houston's big. What area do they live in? It seems that I've seen a lot of the places on the west side offer delivery service without being pizza chains.

4. What part of the city do they live in?
That's a stumper right off the top of my head but I'll look into it. Delivery area will be a big factor though, we're pretty spread out. :hi: hw!

but I understand Houston is pretty spread out all over the place. Their address says they live in Katy.
