Some beautiful pictures I took this morning... (Pic heavy)
Bit of background here.
My parents from spring until fall live in Oconto county, it's north of Green Bay here in Wisconsin.
(In winter they live in Florida.)

I was up at their place yesterday and today, and took these pictures.

This is "Burnt Dam," a decades-old dam about 1/2 mile from my parents' place.

This is the lake my parents live near, actually it's a flowage, about 3 lakes that are connected to each other.
I took these pictures this morning about 7am, and it was 30 degrees out.

3. No problem.
Even as cold as it was up there, I still enjoyed being with the family.

6. Oh yes. Lots of colors on the trees.
On the local news, they call this "Peak Colors." :-)

9. That is one nice camera. I love the way digital cameras will keep everything in focus.
But I did take a picture of a deer in the woods one time on my digital camera and because the floor of the forest was filled with tan leaves that deer completely disappeared.

10. My camera can't deal with sunlight behind a subject.
Blacks out the subject.
