1. I love even the cheesiest of monster movies, but even I can't sit through that stuff.

Unlike a ton of low budget horror/sci-fi, this stuff has zero fun to it. You can tell when the people making a movie, both in front of the cameras and behind them, are enjoying themselves, and I don't get that impression from any of the ones I tried to watch. It all comes across as entirely cynical to me.

Give me a Godzilla flick any day. :)
