Tomorrow will be better, right?
Edited on Thu Oct-01-09 06:29 PM by Haole Girl
My day in a rant: Computer problems, friend problems, car problems, called into the manager's office at work, a woman who works near me came in even though she might have H1N1, found out some bad news, got home & I took off my work clothes to find I have a 1 1/2 inch scar surfacing from my hysterectomy (from my belly button down my abdomen), out of nowhere, from surgery THREE years ago! I think the sudden dark line from my belly button...running down my abdomen... was the breaking point...

Maybe I should have a drink... or a good cry. Maybe both.

The end.

Edit: I'll add family problems. Called my older sis to ask her advice about the hysterectomy scar & we got into it. She had the nerve to say, "I think your bikini wearing days are over anyway." Let's just say the comment was not well received.

2. There is a rumor to that effect...
I hate those kind of days although I must admit, that's one spectacularly bummer day.

10. You know...
it is pretty frightening. It's purplish/blue in color. I think you are right, as much as I detest doctors.

5. My dear Haole Girl...
It's bound to be better, sweetie...

I woke up sick this morning...

And I'm never sick.

I'm tiptoeing around, hoping it's gone...

I hope you feel better...

Crying can be very therapeutic...drinking only makes your mood more what it already was...

12. Some days just try the human soul.
My problem is nothing compared to your day.

We are trying to get the washing machine fixed by Sears, third try tomorrow.

A good drink never hurts or a cry.

13. Ugh... I hate Sears washing machines
Kenmore used to be a good brand. I have a Kenmore, though, with issues too. So I know what you might be dealing with. Hope you get it fixed soon.

15. I think I need a meltdown...
a major meltdown. You know... the kind where someone kicks and screams like a four year old? Only the pathetic part is I'm too tired.

16. If you make a genuine effort to stay in joy in spite of your pain, it will be better.
Tonight, why not watch your favorite funny movie. Best luck.

17. Well, I do make a genuine effort
"Wallowing in it," as they say, is the worst thing. But I'm just so tired.

18. "Tired" is the Universe's way of getting you to slow down a moment, and pay attention.
