I'm running another 5K to "Break the Silence" on ovarian cancer

This is an event sponsored by the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition. The 5K will take place on September 26th, 2009 @ 8:30am at the Baylor Regional Medical Center at Grapevine, TX. Yep, I'll be there!

I did this last year, and I'm doing this again to support my wife and others who've had to endure ovarian cancer. If you can throw a few bucks towards this worthy cause, please use the link below:
