UPDATE:

Medical procedures are always weird.

And this one was no exception...

I got two injections: one before the resting xrays, and one during the treadmill, for the after xrays.

The treadmill, though stressful, was not nearly as troublesome as the one I'd failed...

My blood pressure did go up, but not nearly as high as before...

And I did not get short of breath!

Now...the pictures.

The tech showed them to me, but would not comment...

I saw a bunch of shapes...and they looked a lot like the "normal" ones I'd seen on a chart in the radiology room...

So. I think I'm OK, but I won't know for sure till my doctor calls me, in about a week...

What a relief.

I was very pleased to see the normal images on my xray...

Having had stress test experience with family, friends and myself, I have found that if you had failed your stress test, your doctor will get in touch with you immediately after hearing from the technicians. The doctor will not wait a week to let you know.
Rest easy meantime, your test will be fine as long as your phone doesn't ring with a call from your doctor, you have made it! The doctors don't wait a week to let you know you failed a stress test. It's too important to everyone involved.

I've been through that test twice, altho I didn't do the treadmill. They just accelerated my heart with the injection without me having to also do that.

When we got home, the husband ran and got his geiger counter to see how radio active I still was and kept it up thru off and on thru the rest of the day. :rofl:
