Do you consider yourself in shape?
How often do you excercise? What sort of excercise do you do?

1. Yes
I lift weights and run at the gym 4-5 times per week. But I do some form of exercise every day, mostly to alleviate anxiety...seems to be working good!

2. No
I am totally out of shape. Which is embarrassing since I am only 34 years old.

3. Yes - and that shape is spherical
 It's not quite that bad, but I could use to lose quite a bit. I'm more aerobically correct than I was this time last year, though.

4. I guess I am in pretty good shape for my age.
I am 70. I'm not overweight, as over the past 6 months, I have lost 20 pounds and gone down 4 dress sizes. My exercise is walking my 2 dogs every night. I go down a hill to a big field and then back up the hill. That hill is a killer.

13. Yes, I live in North Georgia. Fairly mild winters.
Maybe snows once a year. But in the summer, climbing that hill in 90-degree heat can be a little uncomfortable.

6. I run five or six days a week, ride my bike for 45 minutes
4 days a week and I go paddling every chance I get.

I'm lucky that my job is very active too.

I've always had difficulty sitting still for a long time.

11. To answer my own question
Yes

I lift 3 times a week

I try to do execercise bike once or twice a week

I like biking, roller blading and walking and do these activities when I can. These days my biking comes in the form of running errands, like groceries.

12. Yes, I'm in the best shape of my life
except for maybe when I was 19 and could run two miles a day. I don't know if I'm in good enough shape for that because one of my knees won't let me find out. I jogged about 1/4 of a mile across a parking lot at work a couple of months ago and my right knee hurt afterward until just a few days ago. I'm 36, so I don't think age has anything to do with it. Probably just all of those years carrying an extra 100 pounds around.

14. Jogging is rough on the joints
best to stick with swimming, biking, walking or roller blading
