Male Chauvinist Chili - why is it named that?

I found it in a Crock Pot recipe book from 1975, and it's online as well:

1. hmmm maybe because all that meat was associated with male dominance?

It could simply have been the times -I'm not seeing anything in the recipe, per se, that would earn it that moniker.

3. That was actually a theory of mine. Now that I think about it, it's got two pork products in it.
