Sorry for the late start. This morning I had to go to customs to pick up a book we ordered in the U.S. A book that got printed in 1712. The custom wanted tax on it. :eyes:

When I got back it was almost time for lunch.

Now I wanna go home ... LOL

Can you give us some details on the book? What language is it written in? Who is the author and what is the title? I love old stuff. Art and natural history museums fascinate me. Put me in an antique shop and I'll be there for hours just looking at stuff, my mind wandering.

No plans for tonight. A friend and I wanted to go to the movies but I don't really feel like going. No idea why but my mood isn't the best at the moment. I just want to go home and continue reading my mystery.

talked to my friend already. She is OK with it.

I had me a very yummy chicken wrap with honey mustard for lunch. It was from a store near the customs office. So I won't get it too often. It was a Subway kind of store, but way better.

I don't know what it is about peanut butter and jelly. Even though I have a sweet tooth, it is way too sweet and sticky for me.

42. I used to eat it everyday as a kid

for school lunches, and when I got out of school, I swore I would never eat it again...somehow, though, over the past couple of years, I've found that I have the biggest cravings for it. So now, when I'm making lunches to bring into work, it is one of the types of sandwiches I make.

Isn't it nice to get out of the office, and on such a privileged errand too. The oldest book that I handled was a book of hours. It was from the 1400s and the illuminations were fabulous so you know this book belonged to a wealthy person or maybe even a bishop.

He's starting to take care of his fur and is looking very happy. I went out right before the storm to give him his breakfast and he was sitting on top of the little house I made for him looking all jaunty and pleased with himself.
