PORTSMOUTH — A North Hampton teen is scheduled to appear in District Court on Monday for a misdemeanor charge alleging she assaulted someone with "a piece of chicken."
According to court records, Alecia Coleman, 19, of 22 Maple Road, was arrested July 9 at Stonecroft Apartments after police were called for a domestic disturbance there.
An affidavit by officer Charles Raizes alleges Coleman assaulted the alleged victim by "smearing a piece of chicken on her face."
Following her arrest, Coleman was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail. Coleman is scheduled for arraignment Aug. 3. She was also court-ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim.
