Kayden Robert was born on 7/29/09 at 7:57 pm, 7lbs 2oz.

They opted for a C-section rather than prolong things to over 20 hours.
I'll post pics tomorrow, when we can get them without tubes and wires in the way.

why do you have to go through 20 hours of labor before they decide to just deliver the baby. My best friend went through this (it was even longer) and I just didn't get it. You get both the pain of labor and the pain of recovering from a C section.

Everybody must be exhausted.

why nobody bothered to tell the girl about breathing properly to get through the contractions. They opted not to take childbirth classes; but surely the ob could have explained to her at least briefly.

I can't help thinking if she'd known, she'd have had an easier labor, even if she needed a c-section.
