Copycat, but she has turned out to be quite a beautiful woman:

1. She is lovely and such a contrast to the bush twins!
I enjoyed seeing her on the campaign trail last year.

4. Too bad the only aspiration she had for her vocation was to make money.
Maybe she'll turn out to be a great philanthropist.

5. Unlike her critics
She's had class and dignity to burn from day one. I hope she continues to have the love and support she deserves.

6. She's got to be wicked smart
being the only child of Bill and Hillary Clinton, and growing up in the White House.

7. A Chelsea story:
When she was a student at Stanford, she often visited kids at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, which is on the campus. One of them was the daughter of my then-boss; she had leukemia. Chelsea and Madison became friends, and in fact Chelsea helped Maddie start a foundation, Help the Cancer Kids.

None of this was ever leaked to the media — not even locally, which is noteworthy, since Maddie's dad was publisher of the newspaper of which I was city editor. We knew about it, of course. We just never wrote about it.

Btw — Maddie is now a student at Cal State Monterey Bay.

9. Made me think of Amy Carter. Can't find any recent pics of her
Amy was certainly no slouch.
Anyone got a recent pic? Apparently there is a British model of the same name.
