All I'm going to say is that I didn't know how diabolical refried beans really are.
On the other hand, I think I did lose about 20 pounds yesterday, so there's an upside to everything.

1. Get the fat-free or "vegetarian" kind.
Even if you aren't vegetarian, they are still better for you and don't give you gas like the lard-based ones will.
