because Kevin Spacey is a great actor. I loved the scene where he told off his boss.

4. Funny... I didn't think Kevin Spacey was all that great in it...

... it's one of my 3 fave movies of all time, but when Spacey won the best actor nod, I was a little miffed, 'cuz I thought Denzel had earned it for Hurricane.

Beautifully directed and shot, though. I love the way it constantly explores that whole motif of image and perception.

5. I agree...he has been better in other films...but...
the scene where he lets out his pent up anger at his boss was awesome...

I liked him in Usual Suspects. Also in Midnight in the Garden.

I just think he is a stellar actor and I dig most of the movies he has been in. Didn't much care for K-Pax though.

It's American Beauty on crack. AWESOME show. Everyone should at least check it out once, pretty fucked up movie though.
