19. Tom was the Other and the freighter guy was Kearny
Both played outlaw bikers in Wild Hogs. I was wrong about the Biloxi Blues thing, I thought the guy who played Kearney was the same guy who played Hennesey in Biloxi Blues but I just looked it up.

31. The bald one or the one with the bangs?
The bullies are so underdeveloped on the Simpsons. Nelson is the star of the Bullies, but there is a little bit of a geek to him. Jimbo is more pronounced, then there is the one with the bangs and the bald one. The bald one gets a few jokes here and there, "driver's license", his kid drives the same bus as him, etc. The one with the bangs gots nothin'.

6. I watched it - sort of -
last week, but only because I like the scenery in the place where it was mostly shot.

And I liked the ending.

But, yeah, it was a really awful movie.................................

9. Eh-eh. Liked it more than Lord of the Rings, less than The Princess Bride.
Somewhere between the two. There was some charm with some of the characters.

11. Hmmm... The only thing that convinces me that you don't keep your brain
in a jar on top of the fridge is the "Princess Bride" comment... other than that, the idea that any sentient being could like Wild Hogs more than LOTR makes me want to run full-tilt into a brick wall.

:)

12. I don't see how anyone could watch LOTR and maintain their sanity.
It was a bad sci-fi channel miniseries made by a fanboy with a big FX budget. Wild Hogs had a little character to it. It was as poorly directed, as formuliac, as faux-pop as LOTR, but in the end I actually cared a little bit about how it would end. In LOTR, I just cried because it wasn't over yet. How anyone liked that farce is beyond me. I saw episodes of "Highlander: The Series" that had more soul.

26. "Highlander..." OUCH!
LOTR did suck.
It was, in fact, the "suckiest suck that ever sucked."

So did Wild Hogs.

10. There was sure a lot of hype
All the actors made the rounds relentlessly, on the day-time and the late-night talk shows. All the ads had every funny skit in the whole movie, running constantly. There wasn't a damn thing left to watch when I rented it last year, that hadn't been shown in the promos. Yeah, it blew chunks.

13. Movies that need lots of hype tend to be not worth watching.
I think they hype what they spent a lot of money making, but which they know sucks. So they hype it in an attempt to recover their investment.

14. I liked it
But I didn't expect too much out of it, because I don't like John Travolta (as an actor).

I like the thought of taking off on a bike and just going wherever. But that's just me.

28. More like forgettably mediocre.
I got one good laugh out of it when a bird smacked into John Travolta's face.

The rest of it falls into the abyss of unmemorable but not horrifically bad movies that I've seen over the years.

Now, did you see "Bride Wars"? Now that movie sucked.
