Downloading recorded video stream: anybody know how to do it?

I'm talking specifically about this one:

I believe it's a .flv file, but all my attempts to download it have failed. Anybody have any thoughts on how to do it?

1. Replay media catcher grabbed it for me.

I've only got the demo version, I think the limit of megabytage would far exceed what it offers.

But that worked on the link you gave.
