The Last Chapter in the Saga of Miranda Rat Face (I hope!)
Tomorrow our little Rat Face will have the splint removed from her foot! :woohoo:

We got word of this yesterday when the head veterinarian reviewed her x-rays. Last night we took off her jaunty little hat, and she perked right up. After bathing for an hour, she was ready to play!

Thanks to everyone who pitched in and to everyone who offered good wishes and vibes and support. You all made it a little easier to bear.

It certainly has been a long haul. But do let us know how it goes tomorrow. I want to hear that she has got a certified clean bill of health and a big congratulations scritch for being such a good girl at the vet's.
